We have a limited number of vendor tables available to purchase for $25. This is a great opportunity to declutter your spaces and make sure all your pre-loved items find a new home!  

To participate as a vendor, please register by clicking the “Register Now” button below. You will be directed to fill in your information and pay for your table online. (Note: This purchase is non-refundable.)

Event Details:

When: September 15, 2024 from 10AM – 5PM

Where: Alex House Dining Hall - 2916 McBride Avenue (Crescent Beach)

Vendor Rules & Responsibilities:

• Vendor tables are reserved for selling second-hand items only (ex. small furniture, home décor, clothes, trinkets, antiques, books). We ask all artisans and small business owners looking to sell their products to apply as vendors for our Holiday Craft Fair (occurs mid-November) or Alex Fest (occurs end of May).  

• Alex House will provide one 6 ft table and a few chairs for each vendor. We also have a limited number of trolleys available at a first-come, first-serve basis to aid with transporting goods from your car. Please bring any additional equipment you might need (ex. display cases, price tags, cash float).

• Set-up will start at 9am on September 15.

• Vendors must stay for the entire event and can pack-up beginning 5pm.

• Please ensure you have someone supervising your table at all times. Alex House is not responsible for any lost or stolen property.

We will reach out to all paid vendors a few weeks prior to the Flea Market with more details.
