Create a physical memory in our community.
In 2016, Alex House marked 100 years of operation. As part of the commemoration, the Centennial Plaza at Camp Alex was developed. The Plaza is a locus for the community, hosting events and activities throughout the year. The Plaza incorporates bricks inscribed with the names of loved ones honoured by donors to this installation, and to Alex House programs. Donating a brick is a lasting legacy - a terrific way to honour those who have shared our values of developing healthy communities, neighbourhoods, and families.
With a minimum $100 donation, a name (or names) will be inscribed on a brick; which will be added to the Alex House Centennial Plaza at Crescent Beach. Your donation covers the cost of the brick and 1 to 2 lines of engraving.
In addition to funding the cost of constructing the Centennial Plaza, the funds generated through our brick campaign supports Camp Alex in maintaining and improving our historically significant buildings. It also allows us to continue providing accessible, inclusive programs and activities to our community.

Donations of between $500 and $5,000 will receive an 8x8 engraved brick with your business’ name inscribed, as well as other recognition opportunities outlined in our Sponsorship Package.
