Please bring your own table, tent, extension cords, display materials, etc.

Vendors are responsible for setting up, cleaning and sweeping their areas and removing debris after the festival has ended.

The festival takes place rain or shine

Set up begins at 9 AM on Saturday May 28th

Vendors must submit the $80 registration fee to secure a spot. The fee includes individual Alex House membership. (Registration fee is non-refundable)
Please note: DO NOT send payment at this time. Payment will be collected after approval of application.
If you are selling food of any kind, including “farmer’s market” type goods, you are required to obtain a permit from Fraser Health. This includes jams, jellies, pies, etc. as well as food that is considered to be a meal. Fraser Health will not accept applications for food vendors after May 1, 2022.

You will receive a confirmation letter in early May indicating the space number allotted to you, as well as a site map and an event poster. Your assistance in promoting the 46th Alexandra Festival by putting up these posters is greatly appreciated, and works to your benefit as well!
We’re always looking to broaden our horizons, so if you know of any entertainers or artisans that might like to participate, please let us know.
