Camp Alexandra began providing summer camps for Vancouver’s orphans and underprivileged families in the early 1900’s. Our camping tradition has continued for more than 100 years, increasing capacity to meet growing demand. Situated on a historic site, just steps away from a beautiful beach and Blackie Spit, Camp Alexandra is a jewel in the oasis! Come and experience the beauty of our natural environment while building life-long friendships and participating in our exciting camp programs. There’s something for everyone!
Alexandra Neighbourhood House’s Fresh Air Day Camps introduce children to an exciting range of age-friendly fun activities in a safe and well-supervised environment. Our Fresh Air Daycamps include favourites such as arts and crafts, beach walks, and sports. Children are grouped by age and gender. Camps run on weekdays only, 9am to 3pm.
